Terms of Use
Effective: September 1, 2026
Vigia is offered under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license. Access to Vigia requires an active monthly subscription purchased via Microsoft AppSource. Keystone retains all intellectual property rights in the code, design, and features.
You agree not to:
Vigia 1 user: EUR 99 per month.
Vigia up to 5 users: EUR 219 per month.
Vigia up to 15 users: EUR 399 per month.
More than 15 users: on request.
The prices that apply are those shown on the Vigia listing in Microsoft Marketplace at the time you subscribe. Should they differ from the amounts above, the Marketplace listing prevails.
Keystone may change its prices. Any increase follows Microsoft Marketplace rules: it takes effect on the first day of a month, at least 90 days after it is published, it is announced on the product listing, and Microsoft notifies you by email 90 days and again 30 days before. Your price stays unchanged until your subscription renews after the effective date. You may cancel before that date if the new pricing does not suit you.
Billing is monthly and handled by Microsoft, through the Microsoft billing account attached to your subscription. A change of plan takes effect on the next billing cycle. Prices are in EUR, exclusive of applicable VAT. Refund terms upon cancellation are those applied by Microsoft Marketplace, which collects the payment.
Trial period: 30 days free, all features included. No charge during the trial period: the subscription is handled through Microsoft Marketplace, using the payment method registered with Microsoft. Demo mode (Microsoft CRONUS data) remains free indefinitely after the trial ends. Moving to the paid offer requires explicit consent.
You may cancel at any time, from Microsoft Marketplace or the Microsoft 365 admin center. You may also write to us, but the cancellation itself is carried out at Microsoft.
Cancellation takes effect immediately: your access to Vigia stops as soon as it is confirmed. Processing may take a few minutes.
Billing and any refund are handled by Microsoft Marketplace, which collects the payment. If you are eligible, Microsoft applies a pro-rata refund on your final invoice. Keystone is involved in neither the calculation nor the payment.
Cancelling during the free trial ends the trial with no charge at all.
Your Business Central data remains your property. Vigia keeps no copy of it: the local browser cache is cleared on sign-out.
Keystone is not liable for:
Total liability capped at the amount actually paid by the customer for the Vigia subscription over the last twelve months.
Vigia reads your Business Central data. No user data is stored outside your Business Central tenant (local cache only, cleared on logout or environment change). OAuth token stored locally, never sent to Keystone. Full details: Privacy Policy

No SLA included in base offer. Best-effort response, typically 24 hours. Professional support with SLA available on request.
Keystone may modify these terms at any time. Email notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after notification = acceptance. You may terminate without penalty if you reject the changes.
You warrant that:
Keystone is not liable for your D365 permissions, access restrictions, or license violations.
Your Business Central data is yours. Keystone:
These terms are governed by French law. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bordeaux, France.
By accessing Vigia, you fully accept these terms. If you disagree, you may not use Vigia.
